High-Grade Neutral Cure Silicone A high-grade neutral (non-corrosive) cure silicone formulated for superior adhesion to cement (e.g., grout). The product also contains a fungicidal protector for excellent mould and fungal resistance. Features Superior adhesion to mortar, grout, and metals. As the product does not lift at the edges and adheres so well to cement and grout, dirt, mould, and fungus will not become trapped, preventing unsightly black mould spots. Superior silicone formulation forms a durable seal that locks out water and does not shrink when drying. Built-in fungicide to inhibit the growth of mould. Available in a range of colours to suit most wet areas. Non-corrosive neutral cure formula. Low odour, so can be used in any environment without discomfort. Easy to clean once applied, as it resists moisture, hot cooking oils, and steam. Superior flexibility with +/- 25% movement capability and up to 400% elongation or stretch. Temperature resistance: approximately -60°C to +150°C. 25-year guarantee – when used as directed, i.e., for private use and within 12 months of purchase, the product is guaranteed against crumbling, cracking, or drying. Where can this product be used? Showers and sinks Metal, copper, and brass fittings Perfect for use on or around: Showers Baths Spas Sinks Plumbing Fixtures Can not be painted over. Not suitable for building materials that bleed oils or solvents, such as impregnated wood. Not for use on polyethylene, polypropylene, or Teflon. Pre-test plastics before use. What materials is this product suitable for? Ceramic, glazed & porcelain fixtures Metal, copper, and brass fittings Plastic laminates Rubber Glass Stainless steel Concrete and grouts Many plastics including polystyrene How to use this product Thoroughly clean and dry the surface from oil, dirt, and grease with Mineral Turpentine first and then Methylated Spirits. Allow to dry completely before applying silicone. If there is old silicone that needs to be removed, we recommend using SELLEYS SILICONE REMOVER. This ingenious product makes removing old silicone easy. We also recommend sanding the surface back with a good quality sanding block, such as a ROTA COTA Sanding Block Medium/Course Grain, as the silicone will adhere more readily to a scratched-up surface. Ensure you tape both sides of the gap before applying the product. This ensures a neat finish and makes it easier to clean up. Cut the seal at the top of the cartridge and cut the nozzle at a 45° angle, to the size of the gap opening. Fit the nozzle to the top of the cartridge. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun such as the SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking Gun. We recommend this caulking gun, as its new innovative pressure release design reduces the mess from run-on and stress on your hands, which is critical if you are doing a lot of sealing. Hold the caulking gun at a 45° angle. Press the nozzle opening against the joint, apply steady pressure to the caulking gun, and extrude the silicone sealant. Move in a pushing motion along the joint in one smooth action. For a smooth finish, smooth with a finger dipped in mineral turpentine or, for a professional finish, use a paint scraper such as a 50mm ROTA COTA Soft Grip Scraper dipped in mineral turpentine. Excess sealant must be cleaned up before it skins in 5-10 minutes. Wipe excess away with a cloth dampened in mineral turpentine or use a SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipe. Remove tape before the sealant skins. Clean tools immediately with mineral turpentine. Avoid smearing on surrounding surfaces. The sealant will cure fully in 72 hours. At this point, any unwanted sealant can be removed by trimming with a sharp blade, but avoid undercutting the seal. Handy Tips Ensure you tape both sides of the gap before applying the product for a neat finish and easy cleanup. When first applying, extrude a small amount onto a piece of scrap material to ensure a smooth continuous flow of silicone sealant. Remove the tape before the silicone sealant skins. For a better finish, complete painting prior to using the sealant as it cannot be painted over. Use a spatula dipped in mineral turpentine or detergent and water to tool off the sealant for a better finish. Work in sections that can be completed before the sealant skins. Tooling off and tape removal must be completed before skinning occurs for a better finish. Keep a pack of SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipes handy to wipe up spills and clean any material off the skin before it cures. Safety Tips Uncured product may irritate eyes. If in eyes, flood the eyes for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Avoid contact with skin. If contact occurs, wipe off immediately and wash with detergent. It may irritate sensitive skin. Avoid breathing in vapours. Ensure you use a well-ventilated area as the product releases methyl ethyl ketoxime while curing. For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre (AUS 131 126; NZ 0800 764 766) or a doctor. For further detail on the safe use of this product, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet, which can be downloaded from this site. Keep away from children. Storage and Re-Use Store in cool dry conditions, below 30°C. The sealant should be used within 6 months after opening. After use, keep the nozzle on the cartridge. Silicone is a reactive product and cures once exposed to humidity. For longer storage periods, leave the nozzle on and place plasticene or Blu Tack over the end of the nozzle. Tightly tape a piece of aluminium foil over the whole nozzle to exclude any air. When re-using, simply remove the foil and plug from the old nozzle, pull out the excess silicone, and re-pierce the tip of the cartridge. If cure has occurred inside the cartridge, the product is no longer usable and should be discarded.

Tommy Tape® Self-Fusing Silicone Tape The next generation of tape is here — premium, adhesive-free repair and sealing tape for fast fixes at home, on the job, and on the road. Tommy Tape self-fusing silicone tape saves time and money across plumbing, electrical, automotive, marine, garden, and industrial jobs. Unlike vinyl or cloth tapes, it uses no adhesive. Instead, it chemically bonds (self-fuses) to itself on contact to form a tough, flexible, and permanently water-tight wrap — even underwater. Why you’ll love it Extreme temperature range: operates from −65 °F to +500 °F (approx. −54 °C to +260 °C). Electrical safety: insulates up to 8,000 V per layer (typical PVC electrical tape ≈ 600 V). Leaves no residue: no adhesive means no sticky mess when removed. Weather- & waterproof: seals within seconds; ideal for outdoor and marine use. Flexible & form-fitting: stretches over 300% to wrap irregular shapes, fittings, and bends. Built to last: resists UV, oil, salt, and common chemicals; helps combat corrosion. Popular uses Plumbing: emergency seals on copper, PVC, and garden hoses; patch vacuum and pool hoses. Electrical: bundling and insulating leads, wire harnesses, extension-cord strain relief (power off first). Automotive & 4×4: wrap frayed looms, protect hoses, create quick roadside fixes. Marine: mast boot wraps, deck-side waterproofing, salt-spray protection. Tools & grips: re-grip shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, gym dumbbells, walking canes. Sports & DIY: re-grip golf clubs, tennis/pickleball paddles; improve wheelchair and shower-chair grip. Home & garden: weatherproof outdoor cables, protect back-yard gear and appliances. Industrial: protective wraps on fittings, temporary containment where adhesives aren’t suitable. How to apply (best results) Prep: Turn power/water off where applicable. Clean and dry the area if possible. Start & anchor: Peel off the liner, stretch the tape as you begin to wrap, and press the starting end onto itself to anchor. Stretch & overlap: Stretch to at least 2× its length (more stretch = stronger fuse). Overlap each wrap by ½ width. Build layers: Add additional layers for higher pressure, stronger seals, or increased dielectric protection. Finish: End the wrap on itself and press firmly. Full fusion develops quickly; handle with care while it sets. Remove: Cut off (do not unwind) when it’s time to replace — it leaves no residue. Specifications Material Silicone rubber (self-fusing) Adhesive None (bonds to itself on contact) Dielectric Strength Up to 8,000 V per layer (build layers for higher insulation) Temperature Range −65 °F to +500 °F (approx. −54 °C to +260 °C) Resistance UV, oil, salt, weather, and common household/automotive chemicals Water Performance Weatherproof & waterproof; can be applied underwater in many scenarios Elongation Stretches over 300% for tight, conformal wraps Removal Cut off to remove; no sticky residue Colours / Sizes Varies by SKU (see options above) Better than traditional tapes Feature Tommy Tape Self-Fusing Silicone Vinyl / Cloth Electrical Tape Adhesive No adhesive (self-fuses) Pressure-sensitive adhesive (leaves residue) Waterproof Seal Yes — seals in seconds; can be used underwater Limited; adhesive can lift when wet Dielectric Strength Up to 8,000 V per layer Typically ~600 V Temperature Range −54 °C to +260 °C Narrower range; softens or becomes brittle UV/Chemical Resistance Excellent (UV, oil, salt, chemicals) Moderate; can degrade outdoors Residue on Removal None — clean cut-off Commonly leaves sticky residue FAQs Can I use it on live electrical circuits? No. Always switch power off before wrapping. Build sufficient layers for the required insulation, and follow local electrical standards. Will it stick to wet or oily surfaces? Because it bonds to itself (not the substrate), it can often be applied in damp or even underwater situations. For best results, clean and dry the area first. Is it reusable? Once fused, it forms a single mass. Cut it off to remove; it won’t unwind. Apply a fresh wrap if needed. What isn’t it for? Not a substitute for permanent structural repairs. Avoid use on fuel lines or high-pressure systems without proper engineering sign-off. Notes: Performance values are typical and depend on application method, substrate, and number of layers. Always test on a small area first. Follow safety guidelines for electrical and pressurised systems.

Selleys Glass Silicone is an acetic acid curing 100% silicone, which has excellent adhesion to glass and has been specially formulated for glazing and aquarium construction. Features The acetic curing formulation results in superior adhesion on glass and glazing surfaces. Superior silicone formulation forms a durable seal and which does not shrink when drying. UV and weather resistant remaining flexible, not shrinking, crumbling, cracking or drying out. Temperature resistance – approximately -60°C +150°C Superior flexibility +/- 25% movement capability & up to 400% elongation or stretch. 25-year guarantee – when used as directed, i.e. for private use and within 12 months of purchase, the product is guaranteed against crumbling, cracking or drying. Colour Clear Appearance Smooth Where can this product be used? Windows Glass aquariums Perfect for use on or around: Windows Windows Frames Glass Aquariums Repairs gaskets in dryers, ovens, refrigerators and washing machines. Repairs rips in awnings. Will not adhere to concrete, cement products, zinc or copper containing metals, marble, limestone or lead. Can not be painted over. Not suitable for use on oily woods such as cypress, teak or cedar. Not suitable for use on roofs and gutters as it will cause corrosion. Use SELLEYS Roof and Gutter Silicone. Not for use on polyethylene, polypropylene or Teflon. Pre-test plastics before use. What materials is this product suitable for? Glass Aluminium Stainless Steel Many plastics including polystyrene Most woods Rubber/ canvas Glazed ceramics & porcelain How to use this product Thoroughly clean and dry surface from oil, dirt and grease with Mineral Turpentine firstly and then Methylated Spirits. Allow drying completely before applying silicone. If there is old silicone which needs to be removed, we recommend using SELLEYS SILICONE REMOVER, this ingenious product makes removing old silicone easy. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun such as SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking gun. We recommend SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking Gun, as its new innovative pressure release design reduces the mess which results from run on and stress on your hands, which is critical if you are doing a lot of sealing. Hold the caulking gun at a 45° angle. Press the nozzle opening against the joint, apply steady pressure to the caulking gun and extrude the silicone sealant forcing the sealant into the gap and move in a pushing motion, along the joint in one smooth action. For a smooth finish, smooth with a finger dipped in mineral turpetine or for a professional finish use a paint scraper such as a 50mm ROTA COTA Soft Grip Scraper dipped in mineral turpetine. Excess sealant must be cleaned up before the sealant skins in 5-10 minutes. Wipe excess away with a cloth dampened in mineral turpetine or use a SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipe. Remove tape before the sealant skins. Clean tools immediately in mineral turpetine. Avoid smearing on surrounding surfaces, see handy tip. Sealant will cure fully in 72 hours. As this point, any unwanted sealant can be removed by trimming with a sharp blade but avoid undercutting the seal. For aquariums, allow the product to fully cure for 7 days. Prior to usage, thoroughly wash out with water, drain and refill before introducing fish. Suitable for constructing and repairing small aquariums. The specialist design required for large tanks. Contact SELLEYS if unsure. Handy tips Tips for Using a Silicone Sealant on Glass Ensure you tape both sides of the gap before applying the product. This ensures a neat finish and makes it easier to clean up. The depth of the sealant should be no more than 10mm in joints. To fill larger joints use a suitable backing rod (such as closed cell polyethylene foam or similar), leaving the gap depth no larger than half the width of the joint. When first applying product, extrude a small amount onto a piece of scrap material to ensure a smooth continuous flow of silicone sealant. Remove the tape before the silicone sealant skins. For a better finish complete painting prior to use of the sealant as it can not be painted over. For a better finish, use a spatula dipped in mineral turpetine or detergent and water to tool off the sealant. Work in sections that can be completed before sealant skins. Tooling off and tape removal must be completed before skinning occurs or a rough surface may result, so working in sections allows for a better finish. Keep a pack of SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipes handy to wipe up any spills and for cleaning any material off the skin before it cures. They are an easy and effective way to keep clean on the job. Safety tips Uncured product may irritate eyes. If in eyes, flood the eyes for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Avoid contact with skin, if contact occurs, wipe off immediately and wash with detergent. It may irritate sensitive skin. Avoid breathing in vapours. Ensure you use a well-ventilated area as product releases acetic acid while curing. For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre (AUS 131 126; NZ 0800 764 766) or a doctor. For further detail on the safe use of this product, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet, which can be downloaded from this site. Keep away from children. Storage and re-use Store in cool dry conditions, below 30°C The sealant should be used within 6 months after opening. After use, keep the nozzle on the cartridge. Silicone is a reactive product and is designed to cure once exposed to humidity. While the product may be stored for a few months once opened, it does have a limited shelf life. Storage in an upright position in a cool dry place is recommended to maximise the storage life. If the sealant is going to be used again within a few days, leave the nozzle on and merely extrude approximately 2 cm of the product before storing the cartridge upright. This will cure to a plug which can easily be pulled out when required. For longer storage periods, leave the nozzle on and place a piece of plasticene or Blu Tack over the end of the nozzle. Tightly tape a piece of aluminium foil over the whole nozzle to exclude any air. When you want to re-use the product, simply take off the foil and plug from the old nozzle pull out the excess silicone from the nozzle with a corkscrew, then re-pierce any cure at the tip of the cartridge and re-use. If cure has taken place into the cartridge, the product is unlikely to be in a useable state and should be discarded.

PC-Metal™ Putty Epoxy replaces metal. Mix with fingers and apply. Quickly PC-Metal™ cures to reattach metal (30 min). Cures hard, fast, nonconductive. Contains metal – sticks to metals such as cast iron, zinc, aluminium, stainless steel, steel and copper. Here are just a few specific uses (there are hundreds of other uses): Replace broken knob on a drill press Insulate wire connections, secure wire nuts Rebuild and repair zinc or aluminium gear housing Fill abandoned drill holes in aluminium or steel Seal stainless steel electrical panel Stop leaking drum How to prepare a surface for bonding with PC-Metal™ Remove contaminants such as dust, dirt, oil and grime with a solvent such as denatured alcohol (ethanol), acetone, rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) or lacquer thinner. Mild detergent solution in water is also good removing contaminants. Use a clean paper towel or rag for wiping. Remove rust and loose paint with sandpaper or wire brush. Epoxy typically sticks to most paints. If there is a concern of the paint’s adhesion then remove it with sandpaper, wire brush or paint stripper. Smooth, glossy and shiny surfaces should be roughened using sandpaper to increase adhesion. Adhesion to wet or damp surfaces can be improved by wiping with alcohol. Do not use mineral spirits or paint thinner for removing contaminants. How to clean-up after PC-Metal™ application We recommend wearing disposable gloves when mixing and applying epoxy putty. Remove from skin with soap and warm water. Clean up mixed epoxy before it cures with paper towels and solvent. Denatured alcohol (ethanol), acetone, rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) or lacquer thinner are suitable solvents for removing uncured epoxy. Cured epoxy can be physically removed by prying off with a screwdriver or pliers. It can also be removed with paint stripper or remover. Can PC-Metal™ plug a hole in a 55 gallon drum? PC-Metal™ is an excellent product for quickly plugging a hole made in a drum. PC-Metal™ has a strong odor. Does the smell go away? PC-Metal’s™ odour stops after it cures. PC-Metal™ is dark gray, dense and hard when cured. Is it as strong as metal? PC-Metal™ is a product that is designed to look like and cure hard like metal. It is excellent for bonding and filling metal objects but is not as strong as steel, aluminium and other metals. How fast does it cure? How much should be mixed? PC-Metal™ is very fast curing. It is important to mix small portions for 45 to 60 seconds and immediately apply to the surface. Within 3 to 5 minutes PC-Metal™ cures very hard. In less than 60 minutes PC-Metal™ reaches its full hardness. What kind of metal is in PC-Metal™? Does PC-Metal™ rust? It is an alloy of iron and aluminium. It will not rust. Can PC-Metal™ be machined? Can it be tapped or cut? Cured PC-Metal™ can be drilled and cut. Tapping threads in PC-Metal™ is not advised. It is better to set the bolt or threads in the mixed PC-Metal™. Coat the threaded screw or bolt with release agent if it needs to be removed. Can PC-Metal™ be used to seal a cracked engine block? PC-Metal™ has many automotive uses even repairs to engines.

PC-11® thrives in wet environments. It is resistant to water whether it is fresh or salt. Thick consistency like PC-7® and long open time (30 min). Work horizontal or vertical, indoor or outdoor. Wet, dry or under water. Whether you are working on an area where you just can’t remove water and moisture or you want the white colour for your repair, PC-11® is your choice. Choose PC-11® for ceramic repairs, pools and spas, fibreglass boats, tubs and sinks, stock tanks and thousands of other repairs. It has excellent adhesive properties bonding metals, fibreglass, wood, tile and some plastics such as ABS and rigid PVC. Ample open time allows tooling or positioning in order to tackle larger and challenging jobs. When mixed, the epoxy, part A (white) and the hardener part B (lt. blue) react to form a bond of tremendous strength and flexibility. The PC-11® formulation is slow curing, but slow can be a good thing especially for large tasks. WORKING TIME: 30 MINUTES CURE TIME: 24 HOURS (48 HOURS FOR FULL CURE) PC-11® is thick. Thick is good if you need to work vertically or want to hold an object in place. How thick? Not quite as thick as peanut butter. Here are just a few specific uses (there are hundreds of other uses): Reattach missing swimming pool tiles. Patch a hole in a fibreglass canoe or the fibreglass keel of a fishing boat. Repair cracked or damage swimming pool or hot tub skimmer. Waterproof and Seal cracked fibreglass. Seal screw holes to hatch lids or seating. Attach fish locators to transom. Repair stock tanks. Repair broken refrigerator door shelf fixtures. Repair broken pottery. Repair shower basin or antique bath tub. Seal leaking air conditioner drip pan. Seal underground conduit. How to prepare a surface for bonding with PC-11® Epoxy Paste Remove contaminants such as dust, dirt, oil, barnacles and grime with a solvent such as Denatured Alcohol, Acetone, Rubbing Alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) or Lacquer Thinner. A mild detergent solution in water is also good removing contaminants. Use a clean paper towel or rag for wiping. Do not use Mineral Spirits or Paint Thinner for removing contaminants. For a wet or underwater surface; clean contaminants as best as you can. Solvents will not help you in this situation. Remove rust and loose paint with sandpaper or wire brush. Epoxy typically sticks to most paints. If there is a concern of the paint’s adhesion then remove it with sandpaper or wire brush. Smooth, glossy and shiny surfaces should be roughened using sandpaper to increase adhesion. How to clean-up after PC-11® Epoxy Paste application Use Denatured Alcohol, Acetone, Rubbing Alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) or Lacquer Thinner to clean tools and mixing surface before PC-11® cures. Clean hands and skin with soap and water. Cured epoxy can be removed by applying Paint Remover or Paint Stripper to soften the epoxy surface. Scratch off the softened epoxy. Repeat as needed. Can PC-11® be used in Aquariums? There is the potential for PC-11® part A and part B to harm sea life but properly measured and mixed PC-11® has been used safely in fresh and saltwater aquariums. It is important that part A and B are thoroughly and completely mixed. What plastics does PC-11® stick to? PC-11® has good adhesion to Rigid PVC and CPVC, polyester and fiberglass, polyurethane, ABS and Bakelite. What plastics does PC-11® not stick to? PC-11® does not stick to polyethylene, polypropylene, HDPE, polystyrene, nylon, acrylic, Teflon, and polycarbonate. What rubbers does PC-11® stick to? PC-11® sticks to SBR, Buna, and polyurethane rubbers and does not stick to EPDM, vinyl and neoprene rubbers. What temperatures can PC-11® be applied? PC-11® cures very slowly at temperatures below 50°F (10°C). At or below freezing temperatures the PC-11® will stop curing. In hot conditions, above 95°F (35°C), PC-11® will cure rapidly reducing the working or application time. Can gel coat be applied to PC-11®? Gel coat will not cure properly in direct contact with PC-11®. It is important that repairs made with PC-11® be sealed with a suitable primer/sealer before applying a gel coat. Can PC-11® be painted? Yes. It is good practice to apply a premium stain sealing primer to repairs made with PC-11® prior to the finish coat. Will PC-11® yellow in direct sunlight? Yes, PC-11® yellows in direct sunlight. PC-11® resists ultraviolet light but will still gradually change colour. Prime and paint if the colour is important. Can PC-11® be thinned with solvent? PC-11® does not contain solvents. Acetone and denatured alcohol (ethanol) are compatible but will extend the cure time and decrease the hardness. Other solvents such as mineral spirits, paint thinner and turpentine are not compatible. PC-11® is a simple one to one mix, but how accurately does the measurement need to be? The volume of part A to part B should be close to equal. A slight excess of part A is preferable to an excess of part B. Excess of part B will not accelerate the curing and it may make it softer.
