Markings on the nozzle indicate cut points for 4.5 mm, 6 mm or any size you need, making it suitable for both narrow grout lines and wider applications. Directions for Repairing Timber Floors: Locate problem areas by tapping the floor with a wooden dowel, broom handle, or similar object, and mark the perimeter using chalk or painter’s tape. Inside the marked area, use a 3.5 mm drill bit and drill at least one hole on each end of the affected floorboard(s). Larger areas may require additional holes. Vacuum debris from each hole. Remove the cap and unscrew the nozzle. Pierce a large hole in the tube with an awl or similar tool. If needed, clear the nozzle before screwing it back on. Using a quality caulking gun, inject Fix-A-Floor into each drilled hole. When adhesive seeps from adjacent holes, you have achieved full coverage. Place a finger over the nozzle when moving between holes to prevent spills. Once complete, wipe away any excess with a damp cloth or sponge and allow to cure for 24 hours before filling holes. Use a matching timber filler or putty from your local hardware store. Clean any residue with mineral turpentine. Your floor is FIXED!
